Same Day Shipping

Same Day Shipping will apply to orders placed before 12pm Working Days. Working Days include Monday to Sundays except Public Holidays.Buyers can expect to receive their orders on the same day after 12PM.The orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

Self Collection

You may opt for self collection at our store Baby Llama. Please contact us before collecting at our store.

Return & Refund

We only accept returns and refunds for items that are damaged upon arrival. If the product you receive is in perfect condition, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please ensure to check your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any visible damage.

Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 3days for a return or refund.
Non-Damaged Items: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are received in good condition.

We accept both Cash on Delivery & Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery

We also accept Cash on Delivery(COD). In this case you pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods. COD payments  would be accepted for orders with total invoice value greater than or equal  to 20,000Kyats up to 500,000Kyats.
