  • WHAT PRODUCTS DOES BABY LLAMA SELL?

    We sell products for babies and kids across sections right from diapers, baby food, infant accessories, gears (strollers, high chairs), clothes & footwear to toys.

  • DO YOU'LL DELIVER PRODUCTS OUTSIDE MYANMAR?

    We currently don't provide oversea service.

  • WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

    We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hours and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 5 working days.

  • HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

    Products are securely packaged and put into a box or delivery bag. The box or delivery bag is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep.

  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept payments by KBZPay & KBZ Bank Account.

  • WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

    Customers will have to pay for the shipping charges

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

    We offer same day delivery within Mandalay City for order before 12:00pm.For areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch (business days exclude public holidays).

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

    Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide additional mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    All items are carefully inspected before shipping. Therefore We do not provide any return and refund services. You will need to check the items when receiving to ensure items are not damaged during transportation.
